Summer Schedule begins July 2nd

And just like that it’s summertime! ☀️ Time flies when you are having fun, seems like May was over in a blink and now it’s summer break!

The summer season is filled with vibrant energy and is also the season of warmth, growth, and transformation. We have some wonderful things planned this summer, so make sure to check out the summer schedule below.

I’ve got a special guided relaxation up on my Patreon for the summer solstice that I’m excited to share with you. We did the practice on Monday night, and it was so rejuvenating. In the practice we take a relaxing journey through a summer meadow to help us synchronize with the rhythm of nature and begin to shift into the season of action 🪴

And if you enjoyed the class consider joining us every Monday for gentle yoga and guided relaxation. It’s a nice way to end the day and start off the week right! Some of my students like to say it’s like hitting the reset button before bed, shedding the stress from the day ❤️

Beginning in July, I am also excited to announce we are adding meditation classes to our weekly class offerings! I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile, so it’s perfect to begin this new offering in this season of growth 🪴

These classes are also part of the monthly membership and will be recorded and posted to the website. You can join us live or use them to help you start (or reinvigorate) a meditation practice.

On Tuesdays we will have Guided Meditation. This will change week to week and consists of the following: breathwork, body scans, imagery/visualization, and other similar types of meditations. In these meditation, you will be guided through the meditation. I will give prompts, and my voice will act as an anchor to keep you present in the meditation. This is a great practice for those new to meditation and is how I started my meditation practice a few years ago! This class is 30 minutes every Tuesday at 7:30 PM

On Friday afternoons we will have Mindfulness Meditation. Each class we will work on different concepts of mindfulness. In Mindfulness Meditation we focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. So it’s still guided but more focused on being present in this moment. And then this moment. And this moment etc. This class is also 30 minutes and at 4:30 PM

The monthly membership includes all of these wonderful livestream classes for one monthly price: Gentle Yoga & Guided Relaxation, Guided Meditation, Yin Yoga & Chill, & Mindfulness Meditation. You can join us live, or watch the recordings at your own pace. And if you aren’t sure which class is right for you, I always have drop in passes available on the website ❤️

And of course if in person is what you crave, join me in August at PTYC for Yin Yoga! Every Monday night in August from 6:30-7:30!
